Skyrim Script Extender has made its way over to Skyrim Special Edition, and in its full form. Please help me before I lose the will to live.How to Install SKSE64 for Skyrim Special Edition I have SSE installed in D:\Games and have run Skyrim through Steam without SKSE and so everything is properly installed. I've tried reinstalling SkyUI but it didn't make a difference.

When I launch SKSE directly, SkyUI seems to be working just fine but is then the only mod that I have installed.

I know that at least some mods were working because I got a custom loading screen (from Signs of Skyrim SE), and Alternate Start and Race Menu were definitely engaged. I used LOOT to optimise my load order, launched SKSE through MO2.and as soon as I got in-game SkyUI gave me a pop-up saying that SKSE isn't working. I installed MO2 and used it to install the mods I wanted, with the exception of SKSE and SkyUI which I installed manually. I got a new rig recently and decided to make the jump to SSE. I'll start with a warning that I don't know much about mods.
